How to access and manage my account?
We use an advanced booking system with a listing manager and a free property landing page generated with every single order (one per each property.) This page includes a header with an image slideshow, a contact form with a custom avatar or logo, and a section for each uploaded media. Create or access your account at my.commercialpicture.com.
Are you insured?
Yes, we are insured. If necessary for the project, we will provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) with the inclusion of the property.
How to book your services?
Order online using our easy-to-use shopping cart, book through our scheduling system, or simply call or text us at (215) 595-4355. We’ll set up an appointment at a time that works for you and fits our schedule.
Do you charge travel fee?
Yes, we charge a travel fee for locations more than 25 miles from our office. Please use our booking form to book online and calculate the correct travel fee. Additionally, parking fees and tolls will be added to the invoice after the appointment if applicable.
Do you charge cancelation fee?
Yes, we charge a 25% cancellation fee if the appointment is canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time. If the photographer is unable to access the property due to the client’s fault, the client does not show up on time, or the appointment is canceled at the last minute, the full service amount will be charged as a no-show fee. No exceptions.
How long does an appointment last?
The length of an on-location appointment depends on the service requested. A single service typically takes 2–3 hours, while combined services may take 3–5 hours. Some projects may require additional time. For example, an Airbnb photography session can take up to 5 hours to complete.
